Punx With Purpose is a non-profit organization in Salem, Oregon that focuses on supporting our community’s at-risk youth.
Our Mission:
“Punx With Purpose will provide perspective on the challenges threatening our youth today. Peers with lived experience will empower the youth of Marion and Polk Counties by meeting the youth where they are at. We will continue to inspire our community to provide safer spaces where our youth can gather and gain the resources they need to succeed as they grow into functional community members.”
PWP is the organization that puts on events around their community to help youth gain resources they need. The most notable of these is the annual PUNX IN THE PARK RESOURCE FAIR AND CONCERT in Salem Oregon.

Hailey Kelley
FOUNDER / C-”EMO” / PRESIDENT
Hailey is the visionary behind Punx In The Park and Punx With Purpose. Her dream was to have an event where the youth could come as they are and seek mentorship from “Elder Punx” who made it out of the street life to be successful adults. So she assembled her dream team and together they quickly evolved it into a highly successful resource fair, reaching hundreds of youth. The vision doesn’t stop there. Hailey wants to turn Punx With Purpose into a year-round resource and counseling facility in her community.

On the surface James is your average blue-collar guy. Look a little deeper and you’ll find he has a passion to be helpful and giving. PWP is more to him than an organization, it’s a way of life.
